Sandra Knaak

Sandra is the warm welcome that greets you at the beginning of your dental journey with us. As our dedicated New Patient Coordinator, Sandra brings over 20 years of experience in customer service to the table.  Her background in both cosmetology and patient care creates a unique blend, fostering a deep understanding of aesthetics and patient comfort.

Sandra knows that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel daunting. Whether it's anxieties about procedures, concerns about the experience, or simply unfamiliarity with a new dental office, that initial phone call can be a hurdle.  Her genuine warmth and calming demeanor put patients at ease right away. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions thoroughly, and walk you through the entire process from scheduling your appointment to what to expect on your first visit. But what Sandra enjoys most isn't just the administrative side of things.  There's a sense of accomplishment in helping someone overcome their apprehension and feel confident about taking charge of their dental health.  For Sandra, it's about setting the stage for a positive and long-term relationship with our practice.

Outside of work, Sandra balances family time with her active lifestyle. Running, CrossFit, and dance fuel her energy, while travel broadens her horizons.
